Dunarium Privacy Policy

Inside the app

The app has no user accounts and shows no ads. It stores your preferences and your Unlock Everything purchase on your device, so the toy keeps working offline.

Accelerometer and gyroscope readings control gravity in the toy. The app reads them on your device and does not transmit raw sensor data anywhere.

Optional usage analytics

Firebase Analytics stays off until you choose to share usage data. The core app works without your consent. You can turn analytics off at any time in Settings.

If you opt in, Google Firebase Analytics may collect an app-instance identifier, coarse location derived from a masked IP address, app and device details, app lifecycle events, feature-interaction events, and in-app purchase product metadata. Cardamon Inc uses this information to understand app performance and decide what to improve.

Dunarium does not set a user ID or collect an IDFA, IDFV, or another advertising identifier. Analytics events never include your photos, camera frames, recordings, creator handle, or raw accelerometer and gyroscope readings. Google acts as Cardamon Inc's analytics processor under the Firebase terms.

Camera and media

Dunarium processes the optional live-camera backdrop on your device and never uploads the camera feed. A clip or screenshot can include the backdrop when you choose to capture one.

Recordings stay on your device until you save or share them. A service you pick through the system share sheet handles the media under its own privacy policy.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes the Unlock Everything purchase and tells the app whether it succeeded. Dunarium never sees your payment details. Your store account keeps the payment record and handles purchase restoration.

When analytics is enabled, Firebase may receive the product ID, product name, and price as purchase metadata. It does not receive your payment-card or store-account details from Dunarium.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Settings and the local purchase cache remain on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall Dunarium. Dunarium keeps photos and recordings in the locations you choose. The app has no account or remote profile.

Cardamon Inc configures Firebase Analytics to retain event-level data for up to 14 months. Turning analytics off stops new collection and resets the local analytics identifier. Data sent before you opted out may remain until it reaches that retention limit. Email support@dunarium.com with a privacy or deletion request.

This website

This site uses privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel) to count visits and see which pages help people. This does not use cookies and does not identify you.

With your consent, the site also loads advertising and remarketing cookies from Google and Meta, so we can show ads for Dunarium to people who have visited. You choose whether to allow these when you arrive, and you can change your mind later. If you decline, the site still works in full.

The hosting provider may process request data such as an IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site.

Age and changes

Dunarium serves a general audience aged 13 and older. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We will revise this page and its update date before any change to these privacy practices takes effect.
